About the Hickory

The Hickory opened its doors in November 2012, when our family decided to do something that would bring us all together. Our goal was to provide jobs for our family, and as many others as we could while serving good, home-cooked food. This has been a family adventure from the start. From choosing a location to deciding and designing a menu; from cooking the food to serving it – and everything in between, this is truly a family affair.

In addition to The Hickory, we also own the adjoining Flatrock Pizza. If you are looking for catering, a good meal on a lunch break, a fancier night out, or anything in between, this is the place for you!
